What to wear & bring
Appropriate swimwear is obligatory within the wet area. Swim hats must also be worn in pool areas. Upon arrival we will provide you with your own personal locker; within which you will find a robe, towel and a pair of flip-flops. These remain property of Spa Salveo.
Spa etiquette
To preserve the sense of quiet, relaxation and time away from distractions essential to everybody’s enjoyment of their spa experience, kindly turn off your mobile phone.
Minimum age
To maintain a peaceful environment, children under 18 years are not permitted in the Spa.
Medical conditions
Some of the treatments that we offer are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. Therefore, we ask that you draw our attention to this prior to your arrival in the spa. We do offer specially designed treatments for guests living with or recovering from cancer. Please allow the team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you.
Late arrivals
In the event that you are running late, we will endeavour to conduct your full treatment. However, please note that the treatment may need to be shortened should there be another booking immediately afterward.
Cancellation
A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment or spa programme not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to appointment. Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge. Card details are taken to secure your booking and to cover the 48 hour cancellation policy.
